Your Cross Body Trainer includes a Multi-Axis Wireless Sensor that acts as your controller, constantly communicating your activities to your mobile device. The Cross Body Trainer also features a “Quick Connect” strap that allows you to adjust the strike height & tension, enabling users of all sizes and abilities to enjoy the fun and effective workouts the Cross Body Trainer has to offer.


Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) or Bluetooth Smart must be present on a Smart Phone or Tablet to connect to the CBT Sensor.



The Cross Body Trainer’s interactive and dynamic content is delivered through an App available via the Android or iOS App stores. Your game style training content will teach you proper striking techniques and movements including Jabs, Crosses, Hooks, Upper Cuts, Bobs & Weaves, Slips, and more. The workouts also include intense cardio & core rounds, ensuring you receive the optimal combination of physical benefits for your entire body in the shortest amount of time. In addition, you receive a reward in each workout from the Free Style sparring rounds where you use the techniques you learned and practiced in your training rounds. Every Cross Body Trainer work out is dynamic, progressive & unique. You will learn and practice new combinations, movements, and techniques each time you train.
